We collect only the information needed to operate MediaHUB, review partner access requests, and protect approved workspace access. This may include account details, organization details, sign-in history, access-request information, and usage activity related to the partner library.
How we use data
We use data to verify user identity, review access eligibility, maintain system security, support partner-library workflows, and respond to support needs. We do not use personal data from this portal for behavioral advertising or third-party marketing profiling.
Data sharing
We share data only when necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or support content-access workflows with relevant processors or service providers. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with ad networks or non-essential analytics platforms for operating MediaHUB.
Data retention
We may retain access-request records and related account information for up to 2 years where needed for operations, audit, or compliance purposes. Technical logs and security-event data may be retained for up to 90 days unless a longer period is required for incident review. For permissions or consents that can be withdrawn, we keep the relevant status until revoked or until it is no longer needed for legal or operational purposes.
